Not for the faint of heart...

Sophie had a stomach bug this week.  What this means:  lots of laundry, lots of cuddling, not so many laughs.

One would think a baby who has never been fed solids would have not-so-yucky throw up.  One would be wrong!  It smells exactly like the real thing.

One would think a baby who only drinks 6 ounces a meal (give or take) would have small messes if they did decide to purge the entire contents of their stomach.  Wrong again.  6 ounces can EASILY turn into gallons.

One would think a very small baby could never drastically change the amount of laundry one might do in a week.  Again, one would be wrong!  I think we're up to 10 this week and still counting.

One would think a baby who is cloth diapered could never have a blow out.  You know--the kind that gets all over their clothes?  Wrong.  Not even these bad boys -gussets and all- can contain the messes this girl has made this week.

One might think a new mom might feel like having a small break after all of this...but I still can't get enough of her.  Stink, mess, and all.
