- Amazing rose garden, raspberry bushes, and peach trees.
- His homemade English Toffee and every other candy he made.
- Cooking skills...even though some dinner combinations got interesting in his later years, he knows how to cook.
- His passion for puzzles.
- Ceramics and Santa Clauses.
- Knitting and quilting abilities (I have a huge quilt and two scarves to prove it)
- Game playing skills. I swear it did not matter what game you were playing with him, he ALWAYS won.
- Easy going attitude.
- Humility and desire to serve others and the Lord.
- His sense of humor
We will miss him.

A few things I'd like to add to your list...
--His English Toffee was the BOMB--and so was that other stuff he made with the nuts and coconut all stuck in clusters (probably with amazing amounts of corn syrup or something). Anyway, we need to put it on our to-do list to come up with an awesome name for that stuff.
--His cooking skills were always a little shady, not just in his later years, :) BUT awesome none the less. The last meal I ate with grandpa (that HE FIXED) was... cheeseburger patties
(no buns) with rotten cheddar on top, corn on the cob, and taco mac salad. I think he made this one up... it was an interesting combination of mac and cheese, shredded lettuce, ground beef, crunched up tortilla chips, salsa, and probably a few other mystery ingredients.
--Remember his mystery slushies?
Oh, grandpa... we miss you!
1. Coco (short for coconut not to be confused with chocolate) Clusters is my vote for the name
2. Yes...I know this becuase I was THERE for that meal!! Shady to say the very least. We should come up with our own taco mac salad as a tribute. Mystery ingredients--I'm pretty sure there were olives in that salad as well.
P.S Slushies made with rotten fruit = the bomb digity.
